Game of ThronesExcellent, visually superlative and an all-around high quality fantasy drama. Maisie has a small-to-medium sized role as a tomboy daughter of the main character.
This TV-series has the highest IMDB score I've seen, 9.5, for a reason.
This is fantasy that looks better than anything in past. It also has a
great, complex story about scheming between noble families, and believable
characters. If you can stomach the high fantasy genre in any form, there's
no excuse to not watch this one.
Maisie plays Arya Stark, daughter of the main character, the ruler of one
of the seven kingdoms. Arya is quite the tomboy, a feisty girl who much
prefers swordplay over what's expected of females in her culture. Maisie
was 13 during the filming, but looks easily two years younger. While there
is only a few minutes of her in each episode, the character is both fairly
important and interesting. Maisie's acting is not extraordinary, but she's
a very good fit for the role, and adds nice flavor into the already
outstanding show.
