Hocus Pocus

If you like Thora, there's a decent amount of her displaying her usual style. Otherwise, forget this pitiful Halloween movie.

A poor family movie about witches that are resurrected at Halloween time, and proceed to try and lure children for their usual witchy purposes. There is a great deal of shrieking and gaggling and nothing in way of original or interesting. Roger Ebert put it so very aptly about the witches: "They don't have personalities; they have behavior patterns and decibel levels."
Thora plays the teenage hero's little sister. If you like her style, there is a fair amount of that, and a decent amount of screen time. But as with the witches, there is no particular personality in her character either, she's just a little sister in peril.
